Rae Ann Thomas is the Executive Director of the Associated Employee Assistance Services providing EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) to many organizations throughout Wisconsin.  Her Education in Psychology and Sociology provides a “human service” background which blends well with the organization’s development and management training services she provides through her organization.  Rae Ann has a Masters in Public Administration, a license in Social Work and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
