Meet Your Trainers Pam Ross Pam Ross is CEO of Opportunity Development Centers, Inc. (a private, not for profit agency that provides vocational assistance to adults with disabilities and other barriers to employment within the Central Wisconsin area).  She has worked at ODC since 1986, and has served as CEO since 2000.  Pam also serves on the board of directors for the Family Center, Inc., an agency that works to prevent domestic violence and protect victims of domestic violence, and she also serves on a for profit board at Paper City Savings Association (a mutual savings association).
