Jana has trained adults for 20 years in a variety of businesses and organizations including sales, banking, insurance, and health care. Her areas of expertise include customer service, interpersonal skills development, career development, professional image, and leadership skills.

Jana is currently working as an Organizational Development Specialist for Ministry Health Care.
