Entrepreneurial Training Program
In this 6-week program, you’ll go through the steps to write a solid business plan. Topics covered include planning and legal structure, how to research your business and target market, advertising and marketing your business, financial records and budgets, setting up cash flow and other financial statements, sources of funding your business idea, and how to write your business plan. A grant from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce subsidizes 75% of the $1,000 registration cost. Participants pay $250 and must complete a business plan within 90 days after completion of the course. Small Business Development Center counselors are available to assist students in completing the plan at no additional cost. Call 715-346-3861 for additional information and application materials.
